Requirements

• No felony convictions; able to pass a background check.
• Willing to get a state life insurance license (we’ll guide you if you’re not licensed yet).
• Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills and comfortable connecting with clients and team members.
• Comfortable working from home while staying connected with a mentor.
• Open to training, coaching, and participating in virtual sessions via Zoom.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to use basic computer tools with a willingness to learn new systems.
