About The Position
This is an entry-level firefighter position with preferred EMT/Paramedic qualifications. The role involves serving the community and gaining invaluable training and experience. The position is FLSA Non-Exempt and covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Requirements
- Current CPAT
- NTN FireTeam Test
- Resume
- Completed MVFR application
- Copies of all licenses, certifications along with cards, and documents (PDF format)
- CDPHE Paramedic certification or National Registry Paramedic Certification and/or EMT-B certification or National Registry Certification along with cards (PDF format)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Psychological Testing
- Integrity Interview & Background Investigation
- Medical Exam with Drug Screening
Nice To Haves
- EMT/Paramedic Preferred
- Associates Degree from an accredited college or university is highly desirable
