About The Position

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational and time management abilities

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous work experience (1–3 years)

Nice To Haves

Exposure to Salesforce
Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or SQL
Coursework or interest in accounting, finance, or business is a plus

Responsibilities

Support daily financial operations, including reporting related to payments
Assist with investigating and resolving customer payment questions using Salesforce
Perform data entry and support accounts payable processes using various business tools
Help prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
Contribute to research and analysis for reconciliation projects
Assist in responding to internal and external information requests
Take on additional responsibilities that support the Finance team’s success
