About The Position

The Entry Level Field Sales Representative builds relationships with restaurant customers while learning hands-on technical and sales skills. The position combines customer service, light installation work, and outside sales, supporting restaurants with refrigeration gasket replacement, preventative maintenance, and commercial kitchen hardware solutions. No prior gasket or refrigeration experience is required; the company is willing to train someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. The work offers independence, variety, and the opportunity for individual effort to affect success.

Responsibilities

• Visit restaurant customers in person.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Perform quarterly inspections and identify customer needs.
• Install refrigeration door gaskets and small kitchen hardware.
• Order and organize supplies.
• Update customer information and service notes in the company system.
• Create invoices for completed work.
• Help customers find solutions that improve their operations.
• Grow the sales territory through excellent service and follow-up.
