About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking an Entry-Level F-15 Flight Test Data Engineer to join a specialized Boeing Test & Evaluation engineering team performing F-15 tactical fighter aircraft flight test activities on-site at Eglin AFB, Florida. The role offers an innovation-friendly environment with inter-team collaboration, peer mentoring, opportunities for individual empowerment, and project leadership responsibilities. The engineer will develop and use data-processing software, algorithms, and analysis applications to evaluate advanced technology systems in early development and assess their integration onto F-15 aircraft. Work includes hands-on analysis of aircraft and weapons systems, supported by self-paced on-site training and structured experience to develop subject-matter expertise. Systems and projects may involve fire-control radar, electronic jammers, RF and IR sensors, core computing systems, guided missiles, control systems, jet engines, satellite navigation and communications, and encrypted aircraft data networks. The position is based at Eglin AFB, near the Gulf Coast. Relocation is available based on candidate eligibility. The position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance and program access, and to meet U.S. export control requirements. Boeing will not sponsor employment visas. The role is not safety sensitive and is not contingent upon a program award.
