Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events , including setup, logistics, and breakdown
- Support event staff and volunteers to ensure seamless on-site operations
- Engage with attendees to provide information and enhance the overall event experience
- Assist Event Managers with schedules, budgets, and resource coordination
- Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials, signage, and on-site communications
- Track event performance metrics and report insights to improve future events
- Collaborate with internal teams to align events with marketing strategies and branding objectives
