About The Position
We’re a fast-growing event marketing and fundraising company seeking enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistants to join our team immediately. This is a hands-on, public-facing role ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with people and want to grow their career in events, marketing, and nonprofit fundraising .
Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
- Team-oriented, reliable, and professional
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Support live events, brand activations, and community outreach programs
- Assist with event setup, logistics, on-site support, and breakdown
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to attendees and donors
- Share fundraising and campaign information confidently
- Maintain a positive, high-energy, welcoming environment
- Help track donations and assist with reporting
