About The Position

We’re a fast-growing event marketing and fundraising company seeking enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistants to join our team immediately. This is a hands-on, public-facing role ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with people and want to grow their career in events, marketing, and nonprofit fundraising.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Support live events, brand activations, and community outreach programs.
• Assist with event setup, logistics, on-site support, and breakdown.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to attendees and donors.
• Share fundraising and campaign information confidently.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy, welcoming environment.
• Help track donations and assist with reporting.
