Position Overview As an Entry-Level Event Assistant , you will support on-site event operations, attendee engagement, and logistics while working closely with experienced event professionals. You’ll gain real-world experience in customer interaction, setup/breakdown, and post-event follow-up across a variety of events and activations.

Responsibilities

Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution
Manage event registration and attendee check-in , including distributing materials
Engage attendees and deliver a positive guest experience
Assist vendors, staff, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and materials
Monitor event logistics and help resolve issues in real-time
Support event setup and breakdown , including signage, materials, and equipment
Assist with post-event follow-up , including feedback collection and communications
