We are currently seeking engineers for critical direct hire roles at select Qnity Electronics locations. Hiring Locations Current direct hire engineering locations: Circleville, Ohio Marlborough, Massachusetts Newark, DE Wilmington, DE Role Overview In these roles, you will be responsible for applying engineering best practices, analyzing and improving processes, and contributing to projects that enhance safety, product quality, reliability, equipment performance, and infrastructure. You will work in meaningful engineering roles that support manufacturing, technology, operations, and customer success. Potential focus areas may include Production / Process Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, Technical Service, Automation & Process Control, and Operations Management. Please note that candidates identified through this posting would be directly hired into one of the locations listed above. These roles are not part of the rotation program.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field from an ABET-accredited institution at the time of employment.
GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Minimum of 6 months of paid co-op, internship, or equivalent experience in your engineering discipline/major.
Willingness to be on-call for plant area support when required.
Legal right to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including initiative, agility, adaptability, and influence management.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or willingness to become certified in the first 24 months.
Training or experience with root cause failure analysis, process hazard analysis, high-hazard process safety, or manufacturing reliability practices.
Interest or experience in automation, process control, digital manufacturing tools, data analytics, or continuous improvement.
