Requirements

  • High school diploma ; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-3 years’ office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems - a plus
  • Communicate with others and exchange accurate information
  • Operate a computer and other office machinery or equipment
  • Ability to move about inside the office to access file cabinets or office machinery

Responsibilities

  • Entry and processing of customer and sample orders accurately and efficiently
  • Interface with all Capol departments and/or outside warehouse partners that support the COFP
  • Create new and maintain existing customer accounts in the ERP system
  • Liaison between customers and Capol internal departments for the purpose of order fulfillment, shipping requirements, customer service and technical support
  • Relay information to sales representatives/managers, as well as customers via e-mail and phone calls
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization, using verbal and written distribution channels
  • Adjusts promptly and calmly to change, works well as part of a team, and remains calm under pressure
  • Able to operate independently, with minimal supervision
