About The Position

Healey Brothers Inc. is looking for an energetic candidate looking to expand their skills and grow within our organization. We're in need of an Entry-Level Office Clerk. This position is a Full-Time position. The schedule for this position is generally a daytime 8-hour shift 5 days a week. Responsibilities

• Enter information into computer systems and keep records up to date.
• Organize, scan, copy, and file documents.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Help maintain electronic and paper files.
• Prepare basic spreadsheets, forms, and office documents.
• Sort and process paperwork and internal correspondence.
• Help keep office records organized and easy to find.
• Perform routine data-entry and clerical tasks.
• Assist coworkers with general office projects as needed.
• Handle information carefully and maintain confidentiality.
