About The Position

This is an Entry Level Class A CDL Driver position with a comprehensive training program. Orientation takes place in Springdale, AR, with travel and hotel accommodations provided, along with a $100 food stipend. The training includes a minimum of 10 days of mentor training, paid at $75 per day. After completing the training, drivers return to Arkansas for final testing and to upgrade to solo status. The position is an Over-The-Road (OTR) role, requiring travel across all 48 states. Drivers will typically be out for 2–4 weeks at a time, hauling dry van freight. The average mileage is 2,500+ miles per week. A passenger policy is available, but pets are not allowed. The role offers consistent freight and structured dispatch.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• CDL must have been obtained within the past 12 months
• Limited recent carrier experience (no more than 3 months with another carrier)
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements
• Must be willing to complete the full training and OTR schedule
