About The Position

This position is for a Class A CDL Truck Driver, specifically an Entry Level role with an Over-The-Road (OTR) route. The role involves running all 48 states, typically being out 2-4 weeks at a time, hauling dry van freight. Drivers can expect to average 2,500+ miles per week with consistent freight and structured dispatch. A passenger policy is available, but pets are not allowed. The company offers a comprehensive training program starting with orientation in Springdale, AR, where travel and hotel are provided, along with a $100 food stipend. This is followed by a minimum of 10 days of mentor training, paid at $75 per day. After training, drivers return to Arkansas for final testing and an upgrade to solo status. This is a W2 position with steady miles.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• CDL must have been obtained within the past 12 months
• Limited recent carrier experience (no more than 3 months with another carrier)
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements
• Must be willing to complete the full training and OTR schedule
