About The Position

We are seeking May/December 2026 Grads for an Entry-Level Civil Engineer position in the Community Development and Planning group. This role offers the opportunity to apply engineering knowledge, develop technical expertise, and contribute to projects that shape communities. You will work alongside industry experts to help develop construction plans and specification document sets for commercial and residential land development in a collaborative and innovative workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or within one semester of graduation) with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Engineer Intern (EI) certification is required (or ability to acquire upon hire).
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is highly desirable.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• A self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to innovate.
• A proactive learner who welcomes feedback and continuously seeks improvement.

Nice To Haves

• 0-4 years of experience in community development and planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design grading, drainage, and utility plan preparation.
• Utilize industry-leading software to develop engineering solutions.
• Assist in preparing technical reports and project plans.
• Support project budgeting and planning efforts.
