About The Position

As an Entry-Level Civil Engineer (EI) in the Community Development and Planning group, you will work alongside industry experts to help develop construction plans and specification document sets for commercial and residential land development. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or within one semester of graduation) with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Engineer Intern (EI) certification is required (or ability to acquire upon hire).
• Strong Communication Skills – Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Problem-Solving Mindset – A self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to innovate.
• Commitment to Professional Growth – A proactive learner who welcomes feedback and continuously seeks improvement.

Nice To Haves

• 0-4 years of experience in community development and planning is preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design grading, drainage, and utility plan preparation.
• Utilize industry-leading software to develop engineering solutions.
• Assist in preparing technical reports and project plans.
• Support project budgeting and planning efforts.
