Requirements

0–1 year of experience in civil engineering, wastewater, or related design work.
Ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, and maintain a strong work ethic.
Passion for design and creative problem-solving.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Internship or prior exposure to wastewater treatment, collection systems, or pump station design.

Responsibilities
