About The Position

This regional fleet hires new CDL holders and provides 4 to 6 weeks of on-road training with an experienced driver trainer. Drivers earn $650 per week during training and receive their own truck after the trainer signs off. Solo drivers are guaranteed $1,000 per week for their first 3 months. The role hauls regional freight across the eastern states, with drivers home every two weeks. Routes cover approximately 1,800 to 2,300 miles per week, and most loads are drop and hook. Average weekly gross pay is $1,000 to $1,500, with mileage pay that grows with experience, $15 stop pay, and a performance bonus.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old and hold a Class A CDL.
• New drivers must have at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers must have 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12 or more months in the last 5 years.
• Have no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years and no major preventable accidents in the past 5 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing.
