About The Position

AECOM is hosting an invitation-only hiring event in Raleigh in October 2026 for students and graduates interested in entry-level and internship opportunities. A Wednesday evening networking mixer from 6–8 p.m. will introduce attendees to AECOM staff, projects, career paths, and professionals across business lines. Interviews will take place at the Raleigh office on Thursday. The event is intended to connect candidates with openings starting immediately and in Spring/Summer 2026; applicants will be directed to apply to specific requisitions matching their technical discipline.

AECOM is a global infrastructure consulting firm whose teams work across transportation, environmental, buildings and places, project and program management, and water. Some roles may require travel and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Relocation assistance and sponsorship are not available. Newly hired employees must attend in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.

Requirements

• Have or be working toward a BA/BS or MA/MS degree in a relevant or closely related discipline from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Relevant disciplines include civil, structural, traffic, planning, aviation, environmental, mechanical, electrical, architectural, fire protection, construction, water resources, hydraulic, or geotechnical engineering.
• Some roles may require travel and a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Building Information Modeling tools, including Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, or Navisworks.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS platforms.
• Experience with project management tools, including Bluebeam and Revu.
