Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or near completion)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to learn accounting processes and systems

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in accounting, banking, or finance
• Familiarity with agriculture or farming communities

Responsibilities

• Supporting Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks
• Data entry and record maintenance
• Processing customer payments from grain clients
• Answering calls professionally
• Assisting with account inquiries
• Creating check registers
• Maintaining documentation
• Assisting with cooperative elevator administrative duties
• Collaborating with the Accounting Supervisor and team members
• Continuously learning and improving processes
