About The Position

Amentum is seeking Entry Control Monitors to perform entry control actions at Offutt Air Force Base. This role will monitor any breached areas of a designated perimeter or fence on all non-secured sites, locations, or entry control points. The primary function is to ensure only authorized personnel are granted entry to designated construction sites and/or any secured zones by performing personnel credential checks in accordance with government-provided procedures. The Entry Control Monitor will also assist with personnel and/or vehicle inspections, maintain a log of inspected vehicles, and accurately draft reports summarizing inspection results. Additional duties include conducting building and area checks, visually inspecting facility conditions, reporting issues such as unsecured items or buildings, non-functioning lighting, or other potential security violations, and annotating findings on shift logs. In the event of a first aid emergency, the Entry Control Monitor will be responsible for notifying emergency services, assisting first responders with site access, and aiding in personnel evacuations as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
State-issued driver’s license.
Trained or able to be trained in basic First Aid/CPR/AED.
No current/pending criminal charges or any misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude, acts of dishonesty, assault or battery or felony convictions.
Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English.
Capable of detaining person(s) not to exceed manual verbal manipulation techniques while Security Forces are notified.
Ability to construct and write clear, concise and detailed reports.
Submit periodic drug tests at the request of the government.
Willing to undergo a physical examination to determine any conditions that would interfere with full performance of duties.
Physically able to perform frequent and prolonged walking, standing, sitting, stooping, climbing, crawling, jumping, occasional running or sprinting.
Willing to obtain a U.S. Government issued Top Secret Security clearance.

Responsibilities
