Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity by verifying credentials, visitor information, deliveries, and/or vendor authorizations in accordance with location guidelines.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting conditions that may require attention.
Maintain accurate logs and records related to visitors, vehicles, packages, and/or daily activity while supporting orderly access control operations at the location.
