The travel consultant is the primary point of contact for the customer and provides active travel consultation towards the Entertainment and Media customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related product. As an Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will research, book, and manage travel reservations using approved tools and systems. Ensure compliance with client travel policies, supplier rules, and travel industry regulations. Provide travelers with travel options, recommendations, and relevant travel advice. Communicate accurate information on fares, exchanges, refunds, fees, and penalties. Assist with travel documentation and regulatory requirements, including passports, visas, TSA, and DOT guidelines. Respond to customer inquiries accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner. Maintain current knowledge of travel conditions and Media & Entertainment industry trends. Support client programs and company initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service.
