Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, coworkers, and leadership.
- Must be at least 14 years of age and meet all applicable Pennsylvania Child Labor Act requirements.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays .
- Ability to attend required training prior to beginning assigned duties.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work for your scheduled shift
- Must meet grooming and personal hygiene standards and wear required clothing layers to support the cleanliness and maintenance of shared costumes or clothing.
- Must be playful, outgoing, friendly, and convey a positive, guest-centric attitude
- Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a fast-paced team
Nice To Haves
- Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
- Some level of customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Previous work in youth-centric programs and/or companies helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Proactive engagement with guests to encourage participation in planned events and/or activities on-site
- Follow all procedures and protocols as presented during Dutch Wonderland training and written guidelines
- Execute all activities as designed by Dutch Wonderland
- Follow property policies and procedures and appropriately refer guest concerns to leadership when necessary.
- Proactively assist in the upkeep and maintenance of a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Perform cleaning duties, which includes using approved cleaning chemicals
- All other duties assigned by leadership
