About The Position

Step into leadership at Level99. As a Team Lead, you'll support the Team on the floor, coach performance in real time, and help ensure every Guest experience runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone ready to lead by example, stay hands-on, and take ownership of both Team performance and Venue standards.

Requirements

Friday and weekend availability
Flexible schedule including days, nights, and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for 8+ hour shifts
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Positive, upbeat, team-first attitude

Nice To Haves

1+ year in a Leadership or training role
Hospitality, retail, or entertainment background
Public speaking or performance background
Like to laugh, would be described as a "low maintenance, low drama" person, have a tendency to have a bit of fun while you work
Have a high tolerance for ambiguity, like to go fast, and are excited to learn on the job
Are just a little bit obsessive about getting the details right the first time
Have a high energy personality, the kind of person who is typically smiling, and likes to "get it done now"

Responsibilities

Support Team Members and Guests by maintaining a strong, visible presence on the floor
Coach and develop Team Members through real-time feedback and support
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall Venue standards
Assist with task delegation, rotations, and operational flow
Train new Team Members using structured, hands-on training methods
Help resolve Guest concerns and escalate issues when needed
