About The Position

The Manager of Entertainment supports the Director of Entertainment in developing and facilitating the Artist's requirements for publicly ticketed entertainment venues, to meet the overall strategy and objectives of the Corporate Entertainment team and property leadership. This position will have primary responsibility for facilitating Artist rider requirements at assigned venues and in sourcing and delivering specific local talent as needed for internal events property wide.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Guest Service in a customer facing capacity

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating Artist rider requirements at assigned venues and actively participating in sourcing and delivering specific non-technical material and services required by the Artist and performance.
  • Confirm with Entertainment partners all transportation & rooming needs of incoming artists & their entourages, ensuring hospitality, backstage and dressing room requirements are fulfilled, and all performance related needs are met in accordance with artist’s expectations, program reputation and venue capabilities.
  • Manage relationships and communicate directly with agents, contractors, producers, promoters, tour management and artists in alignment with established protocols, including arranging and communicating transportation, room, and food & beverage.
  • Ensure timely, effective, efficient and accurate flow of communication between clients, property leadership and senior entertainment executives.
  • Act as primary point of contact for external and internal clients, utilizing software, Opera, and other systems necessary to fulfill contractual requirements for each artist engagement assigned including the processing of payment.
  • Collaborate with Director of Entertainment and VP of Marketing to develop local entertainment offers, maintain consistent pricing, procure new content, ensure deals are executed in accordance with contractual deal terms, and assist in developing consistent processes and policies for all events that are non-COE booked entertainment.
  • Work in collaboration with Director of Entertainment and COE to ensure seamless integration of COE booked artists into property entertainment vision/strategy.
  • Interface with various local event producers, agents, managers, contractors and artists to ensure proper execution of all event-related activities, while maintaining effective relationships with a wide variety of industry & property decision makers across all levels and types of entertainment.
  • Ensure all artists and entertainment vendors meet the requirements of the state gaming commission and other regulatory agencies.
