About The Position

This is a Seasonal position from 08/26/2026 until 10/31/2026. The role coordinates the production plan and directs the actions of stage crew and performers during rehearsals and performances. The position requires the individual to be at least 18 years of age.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Able to communicate efficiently.
  • Possess considerable knowledge of accepted concepts and practices concerned with theatre.
  • The ability to lift and/or move 25 pounds frequently to 450 pounds maximum
  • The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete frequently
  • The ability to remember locations, understand and carry out instructions frequently
  • The ability to work at a rapid speed occasionally
  • The ability to work in extreme weather occasionally

Nice To Haves

  • One to two years of experience with theme parks, theatres, and amateur productions is preferred.
  • Formal training acquired through college is preferred.
  • Previous leadership and supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Disseminate general info about production.
  • Engage in set construction and/or assembly, including the lighting of the show.
  • Oversee Performers, Technicians, and Ushers throughout the run of the show.
  • Operate as the first line of management to both guests and employees.
  • Contribute to directing reports and annual reviews and communicating final results.
  • Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs.
  • Uphold organizational values.
  • Follow policies and procedures; Report unsafe conditions.
  • Think clearly and react quickly and calmly in stressful situations.
  • Work with direct Supervisor.
  • Interview, hire, and train employees.
  • Plan, assign, and direct work.
  • Appraise performance; Reward and discipline employees.
  • Address complaints and resolve problems.
  • Make and adjust schedules.
