About The Position

Spectrum Retirement Communities believes in living without limits, aging fearlessly, and sharing great stories. The Entertainment Coordinator will assist in the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents. This role involves developing the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library. Additionally, the coordinator will drive residents to events and assist them with entering and exiting the community vehicle.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a clean motor vehicle record.
  • At least 3 years of driving experience.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
  • Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents.
  • Assist in the development of the monthly calendar.
  • Procure performers and provide seminars.
  • Maintain the resident library.
  • Drive residents to events.
  • Assist residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.
