About The Position

The Entertainment Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and administering headline and lounge entertainment programs with the purpose of creating the best possible guest entertainment experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible schedule -- must work all indoor and outdoor concerts and events.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet hard deadlines.
  • Works well independently, as well as with a team.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
  • Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate usher program and labor needs for concert and show execution.
  • Build events in ticketing systems and assist with printing, distribution and tracking for all indoor and outdoor concert and events.
  • Create and maintain BEO's for all entertainment.
  • Maintain and update Marketing Distribution List, Entertainment calendar and any other administrative or marketing needs.
  • Assist with entertainment venue (including ticket sales and registration, seating guests, fulfilling requests by entertainers and guest services).
  • Build and maintain relationships across the business to coordinate Entertainment needs.
  • Maintain, organize and keep green rooms stocked with needed beverage and other items artist may request.
  • Set signage and stanchions as needed for indoor and outdoor concerts and events.
  • Assist with other department events such as special event, promotions, etc.
