About The Position

This role is responsible for coordinating and executing all entertainment offerings in accordance with regulatory approvals. The position involves partnering with the Events & Promotions team to execute events, promotions, and entertainment initiatives, while maintaining awareness of the entertainment budget. The role requires coordination with internal departments and external vendors for various aspects of event planning, including food & beverage, décor, entertainment, and supplies. Accurate tracking of entertainment expenses and reporting for analysis are key responsibilities. The position also involves supervising on-call Promotions Representatives, ensuring music licensing compliance, and assisting with Virginia Gaming Control Board submissions. Maintaining records, reporting tools, and performance tracking for entertainment initiatives, as well as executing engaging programs to enhance guest experience, are crucial. Effective communication of entertainment details across the property and coordinating departmental support for events are also part of the role. Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality of promotional assets and departmental records are important. The role requires strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, supporting the measurement of success for entertainment programs. Collaboration with Purchasing for vendor selection and ensuring compliance with Virginia Gaming regulations are essential. Additionally, the role supports the development and execution of Group Bus programs, including planning, tracking, and guest experience, and partners with Planning & Analysis to evaluate performance and improve execution strategies. Effective interdepartmental communication related to Group Bus activity and assisting with the development and implementation of Group Bus packages are also required. Finally, the role supports departmental budget tracking and cost awareness, and partners with Caesars Rewards to ensure exceptional guest interactions.
