Enterprise Transformation Product Owner
About The Position
As an Enterprise Transformation Product Owner, you will own and drive critical enterprise‑level transformation initiatives that span platforms, domains, and lines of business within financial services. This role is accountable for setting product direction, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring measurable business and technology outcomes across complex, multi‑year transformation efforts. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, product, architecture, and delivery—translating enterprise objectives into clear product outcomes, prioritizing work that maximizes value, and ensuring execution aligns with Fiserv’s long‑term platform and operational goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology roles within the financial services industry, spanning product, program, or transformation leadership
- Demonstrated experience driving large‑scale transformation initiatives in regulated environments (e.g., banking, payments, fintech)
- 5+ years of experience operating as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role with responsibility for roadmap ownership, prioritization, and outcomes
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments with a strong understanding of modern software delivery, platform architecture, and dependency management
- Proven ability to influence without authority, drive alignment, and make sound product decisions in highly complex organizations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior and executive leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

- Direct experience with enterprise transformation or platform modernization across core banking, digital, or payments platforms
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, simplify complexity, and drive convergence across competing priorities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a bias toward action and follow‑through
- Knowledge of the Fiserv technology stack and market landscape for core, digital, and payments platforms in North America
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for enterprise transformation initiatives spanning multiple teams and domains
- Translate enterprise and line‑of‑business strategy into clear product goals, value hypotheses, and prioritized backlogs
- Partner closely with architecture, engineering, operations, and business leaders to drive alignment and informed trade‑off decisions
- Lead enterprise‑scale prioritization, balancing near‑term delivery with long‑term platform and transformation objectives
- Define and track success metrics (business, operational, and technical) to ensure outcomes are measurable and transparent
- Facilitate governance, decision forums, and milestone reviews to accelerate progress and resolve cross‑team dependencies
- Communicate product direction, progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and Fiserv’s broader platform strategy
