The Enterprise Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Foundation’s ERP/CRM systems, which may include iPhi, Salesforce, and other systems as identified. This role serves as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for its assigned systems, owning day-to-day administration, enhancement requests, and user support. The Enterprise Systems Administrator acts as the internal product owner for assigned systems, applying strong business analysis skills to understand business goals and requirements and to translate them into sustainable, compliant, and effective system configuration and use. The Information Technology team is responsible for ensuring the Foundation's technology, infrastructure, applications, and services meet the current and future needs of the organization. This team of seasoned information technology professionals collaborates with individual customers, a variety of vendor partners, and each other to support, maintain, and improve technology that drives fundraising, grant making, and financial stewardship of the organization. Each member of this team brings a set of specialties, yet also functions as an IT generalist to meet the diverse needs of the environment. This IT team of four along with assistance from a managed services provider and several other vendor partners serve a staff of 80 in one Saint Paul office location.
