Enterprise Strategy Associate

Camber•New York, NY
•$110,000 - $150,000

About The Position

Camber is hiring an Enterprise Strategy Associate to partner with the Director of Enterprise Revenue and build the narrative behind its largest client partnerships. The role uses clinic data to show how Camber can improve a clinic’s revenue cycle and to shape deal strategy. It is not a traditional analyst role: the Associate follows clinics from the first conversation through rollout and ongoing partnership, continually demonstrating Camber’s value. The role spans go-to-market, implementation, and stable-state account management. During go-to-market, the Associate analyzes clinic data and develops the story that supports winning a deal. During implementation, they serve as a subject-matter expert on both Camber and the clinic, helping ensure the value is visible and understood. In the stable state, they partner with strategic account management to prepare materials that help clinic decision-makers understand Camber’s business impact. Camber values agency, intellectual honesty, collaboration, humility, and a focus on improving healthcare accessibility and quality. The company is based in New York City and prioritizes in-person and hybrid candidates. Employees are expected to help uphold security requirements and maintain compliance with HIPAA security regulations.
