About The Position

As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for the following: Designing, evaluating, and optimizing enterprise technology solutions that enhance organizational performance, security, scalability, operational efficiency, and service delivery. Assesses applications, infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise systems to identify technical gaps, inefficiencies, integration challenges, underutilized technologies, and areas of technical debt, then develops innovative, scalable, and cost-effective solutions aligned with business and technology objectives. Serves as a strategic technical leader for enterprise application architecture, system integration, data architecture, automation, and technology governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, applied statistics, or a closely related field
• Ten years of experience related to technical architecture, system integration, or enterprise solutions engineering
• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.

Nice To Haves

• Experience related to financial services is preferred.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional), TOGAF, or ITIL are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks, including experience applying structured approaches to technology strategy, roadmap development, governance, and long-term organizational planning is preferred.
• Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with an understanding of cloud architecture, services, governance, and modern infrastructure design principles is preferred.
