About The Position

This role serves as a senior technical leader bridging strategic partnerships and enterprise solution architecture. The position combines partner-facing technology leadership with hands-on solution design, responsible for shaping and delivering complex, multi-service solutions that integrate internal platforms with partner technologies. The role directly supports revenue growth, joint go-to-market execution, and large-scale client transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise architecture, solution design, or technical consulting
  • Experience working with technology partners and alliances in a client-facing capacity
  • Proven track record supporting complex sales pursuits and solution delivery
  • Cloud architecture (Azure, GCP, hybrid environments – Compute / Network / Storage / Security)
  • Integration architecture (APIs, platform ecosystems)
  • Data, automation, and workflow solutions
  • Experience designing multi-service or BPaaS solutions
  • Ability to engage executive and technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration across sales, product, delivery, and partner teams
  • Effective at translating business needs into technical solutions

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical lead for strategic technology and consulting partners
  • Define and drive joint solution architectures and integrated offerings
  • Align partner capabilities with internal platforms and services
  • Lead co-innovation efforts and development of reusable partner-enabled solutions
  • Serve as a technical advisor to partner executives and internal stakeholders
  • Design and deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions across digital operations, CX, automation, and platform services
  • Translate client requirements into scalable architectures and operating models
  • Work with the SA team on solutioning for strategic pursuits, including RFPs, proposals, and executive presentations
  • Engage directly with clients to identify transformation and modernization opportunities
  • Partner with Sales Executives and Client Partners to shape and win complex deals
  • Drive technical solution strategy, differentiation, and risk mitigation
  • Align solutions to measurable business outcomes and client value
  • Develop shared services architectures and reusable solution assets
  • Promote consistency across architecture, integration, and deployment models
  • Identify emerging technologies and drive partner-led innovation opportunities
