About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Software & AI Solutions Producer to drive new business development and strategic client growth across custom software development, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration services. This role is designed for a consultative sales professional who thrives in outbound prospecting environments, excels at building executive-level relationships, and can consistently convert complex opportunities into long-term recurring revenue partnerships. The ideal candidate brings strong experience selling technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations, with a proven ability to generate pipelines independently, close high-value contracts, and collaborate closely with leadership to scale a territory and expand market presence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, enterprise software sales, or consultative IT services sales
  • Proven success selling custom software development, cloud solutions, SaaS, AI solutions, or digital transformation services
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a book of business through outbound prospecting and networking
  • Strong track record of closing high-value enterprise contracts and generating recurring revenue
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term leadership growth opportunities
  • Experience selling AI integration services or emerging technology solutions
  • Background in cloud infrastructure, managed services, or enterprise application development
  • Familiarity with complex solution-based sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, strategic networking, referrals, and relationship-driven sales initiatives
  • Sell custom software development, cloud infrastructure, digital transformation, and AI integration solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline while maintaining disciplined CRM documentation and forecasting accuracy
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to identify client pain points, operational gaps, and technology modernization opportunities
  • Present tailored technology solutions aligned with client business objectives and long-term scalability goals
  • Develop strong executive-level relationships with decision-makers across IT, operations, finance, and leadership teams
  • Negotiate contracts and drive opportunities from prospecting through close
  • Convert one-time project engagements into long-term recurring revenue partnerships and managed service opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams to ensure smooth hand-off, implementation alignment, and client satisfaction
  • Work closely with executive leadership to support territory expansion and long-term growth initiatives
