About The Position

UnityTec is seeking an Enterprise SharePoint Services Representative (ESSR) to join their team. The role involves designing, building, and sustaining secure, enterprise-level SharePoint 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions across both NIPR and SIPR environments. The candidate will translate complex Knowledge Management requirements into scalable digital workflows and site architectures, driving enterprise-wide adoption and ensuring alignment with organizational governance standards. This is an onsite position located in Arlington, VA.

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience designing, building, and sustaining enterprise-level solutions within the SharePoint 365 environment.
• Experience with SharePoint Online architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with secure configuration across NIPR/SIPR environments.
• Experience with solution prototyping.
• Experience with metadata and taxonomy standards.
• Ability to translate KM requirements (knowledge flow needs, taxonomy constraints, metadata models, governance rules, lifecycle standards) into technical SharePoint and workflow solutions.
• Experience developing scalable, reusable solutions to support enterprise-wide adoption across geographically dispersed organizations.
• Foundational understanding of KM principles including taxonomy application, content lifecycle management, information governance, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess a current DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and sustain secure, enterprise-level SharePoint 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions across NIPR and SIPR environments.
• Translate complex Knowledge Management requirements into scalable digital workflows and site architectures.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption and ensure strict alignment with organizational governance standards.
• Oversee the overarching technical structure of the collaborative platform, requiring deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and complex site organization.
• Engineer architectural solutions to operate securely across unclassified and classified military networks.
• Serve as the bridge between strategic business needs and technical capabilities, transforming core knowledge management frameworks into functional digital tools.
• Act as an automation specialist and digital innovator, ensuring technical solutions can be adopted widely by a large, decentralized workforce.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, from initial concept mapping to enterprise deployment.
