About The Position

NCDIT-T Web Systems is seeking an On-Premise and Online M365 SharePoint Architect / Developer. This role is critical for maintaining and building systems and projects, including the Connect NCDOT's public and authenticated SharePoint site redesign effort. This involves Masterpage templating, writing JavaScript and CSS code, and XSLT with Content Query Web Parts. This position is essential for the Web Systems team to deliver on its mandate of building and maintaining modern web solutions for NCDOT customers. The role requires the ability to advise and collaborate with content and engineering design teams on component design/development, and to work directly with business customers to gather requirements, facilitate testing, and triage/support user and system issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online environments (2 Years)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint lists, libraries, site columns, and content types (2 Years)
  • Experience in SharePoint masterpage templating, page layouts, and web part design (2 Years)
  • Experience with JavaScript, including jQuery (3 Years)
  • Experience with CSS, including Grid and Flexbox layouts (2 Years)
  • Experience with CSS and Javascript in a SharePoint environment (2 Years)
  • Proficient in SharePoint Search web parts
  • Experience with M365 SharePoint Lists in the government cloud (GCC)
  • Experience with SharePoint Permissions
