About The Position

The Enterprise FP&A team at Vanguard is seeking an Enterprise Scorecard Senior Analyst to lead the enterprise scorecard to inform enterprise-wide performance discussions with senior leadership. In this role, you will partner directly with senior leaders to define key metrics, deliver high-impact reporting, and provide insights that influence strategic priorities. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics
• Strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators and their impact on business strategy
• Proficiency In data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerAutomate, and/or visualization tools like PowerBI/Tableau
• Attention to detail to be the final quality pass for executive-ready materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex data and insights to executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead design, production, and continuous enhancement of enterprise scorecard and related executive reporting
• Synthesize financial and operational data into clear, concise materials for executive leadership; identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Partner with finance, strategy, and data teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of metrics and outputs
• Serve as a trusted advisor on performance measurement and scorecard interpretation; translate complex datasets into compelling narratives tailored for executive audiences
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, enhance automation, and improve visualization of insights
• Provide analytical support for other enterprise initiatives & develop ad hoc analyses to inform key decisions and priorities
