About The Position

JLL is seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead - Portfolio Solutions to drive revenue growth for their Portfolio Solutions platform, focusing on clients with outsourcing needs, particularly in the Enterprise space. The role involves leading pursuit teams, developing and selling comprehensive outsourcing solutions, and leveraging strategic problem-solving abilities. This position can be based in any major city for ease of travel and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years proven experience as a salesperson or in a role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills.
  • Proven capabilities in developing solutions for global, Fortune 500 companies with expertise in outsourcing solutions and brokerage services.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business or expansion sales.
  • Delivered successful outcomes using structured sales processes and tools.
  • Successful track record of achieving immediate credibility, presenting varying ideas to create value and challenge the status quo.
  • Able to think quickly, listen well, and understand how to react and modify approach in front of clients and other key influencers.
  • Dedicated to exceeding client’s expectations, ensuring excellence in delivery is achieved through the right solution, delivering win/win outcomes.
  • Experience and comfort working in a collaborative and respectful team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate operations, brokerage, and/or outsourcing account relationship management strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Owns and leads all aspects of the sales process, including nurturing new business relationships, developing, selling, and contracting comprehensive outsourcing solutions.
  • Demonstrates specific acumen in Portfolio Services, including Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management, and Brokerage.
  • Maintains working knowledge of complementary occupier services such as Occupancy Planning, Project & Development Services, and Facility Management.
  • Leverages relationships and collaborates with the Market Development Team to identify and develop prospects and a robust pipeline of targets.
  • Exceeds annual revenue quotas while meeting target margins.
  • Develops a thorough understanding of JLL’s broad capabilities to meet client needs and identifies opportunities to expand client share of wallet.
  • Maintains accurate sales reporting information in CRM and follows JLL’s sales and solution processes using proprietary tools.
  • Builds strong relationships with external RFP consultants, JLL Brokers, and Industry leaders.
  • Identifies opportunities to demonstrate expertise and leadership within industry organizations.
  • Collaborates with Markets, JLL Technologies colleagues, and other Portfolio Solutions team members to deliver the full value of ONE JLL.
