The Enterprise Sales Lead - Portfolio Solutions is a critical sales role focused on driving revenue growth for JLL's Portfolio Solutions business. This role targets clients with significant outsourcing needs, particularly within the Enterprise space, including the world's largest occupiers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success using structured sales processes and tools, and will lead pursuit teams comprising Solution Managers, Business Line Leaders, Brokerage Leaders, Service Line SMEs, Consulting, and Marketing. The position demands strategic problem-solving skills and established credibility within the Commercial Real Estate community to build confidence and trust. This role can be based in any major city to facilitate travel and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience as a salesperson or in a role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills.
  • Proven capabilities in developing solutions for global, Fortune 500 companies with expertise in outsourcing solutions and brokerage services.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business or expansion sales.
  • Experience delivering successful outcomes using structured sales processes and tools.
  • Successful track record of achieving immediate credibility, presenting varying ideas to create value and challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to think quickly, listen well, and modify approach in front of clients and other key influencers.
  • Dedicated to exceeding client's expectations and ensuring excellence in delivery through the right solution, achieving win/win outcomes.
  • Experience and comfort working in a collaborative and respectful team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate operations, brokerage, and/or outsourcing account relationship management strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Owns and leads all aspects of the sales process, including nurturing new business relationships, developing, selling, and contracting comprehensive outsourcing solutions.
  • Demonstrates specific acumen in Portfolio Services, including Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management, and Brokerage.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of complementary occupier services such as Occupancy Planning, Project & Development Services, and Facility Management.
  • Leverages relationships and collaborates with the Market Development Team to identify and develop a strong roster of prospects (close new business within 18-24 months) and a robust pipeline of targets (future new business beyond 2 years).
  • Exceeds annual revenue quotas while meeting target margins.
  • Develops a thorough understanding of JLL's broad capabilities to meet client needs and identifies opportunities to expand client share of wallet by partnering with business and service line leaders.
  • Maintains accurate sales reporting information in CRM and adheres to JLL's robust sales and solution processes using proprietary tools.
  • Builds strong relationships with external RFP consultants, JLL Brokers, and Industry leaders.
  • Identifies opportunities to demonstrate expertise and leadership within industry organizations to enhance JLL's recognition as a leader in Commercial Real Estate solutions.
  • Collaborates with Markets, JLL Technologies colleagues, and other Portfolio Solutions team members to deliver the full value of ONE JLL.
