At Forwood, we partner with some of the world’s largest high-risk and operational industries to help prevent fatalities through a proven approach to critical risk management. Our platform is used where it matters most, helping teams identify, understand and control critical risks before incidents occur. We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to help grow our presence across Italy. This role will suit someone who combines commercial drive with real credibility in high-risk environments, and who wants to build something meaningful in a market with strong potential. This is not a transactional sales role. You will be building Forwood’s presence across Italy, engaging senior leaders in high-risk and operational industries such as construction, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, transport and other safety-critical environments. You will be helping clients think differently about safety and fatality prevention, translating complex concepts into compelling, real-world outcomes, and selling a platform that requires both strong commercial capability and the ability to build contextual understanding. You do not need to come in as a fatality prevention expert, but you do need strong curiosity, sound judgement and the drive to build deep credibility in a complex and meaningful domain.
