As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced sales leader who can drive enterprise business development while leading a high-performing account management team. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building executive relationships, closing complex commercial agreements, and developing a team that delivers exceptional client experiences. The Senior Enterprise Sales Executive & Team Manager is responsible for developing new enterprise business, expanding existing strategic accounts, and leading the Account Management Team. This individual will maintain an active sales pipeline while providing leadership, coaching, and accountability for the account management team. The ideal candidate combines the mindset of a business developer with the leadership skills needed to build long-term customer relationships and scalable revenue growth.
