About The Position

Revivn is seeking a strategic Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. This role is designed for individuals who want to break into high-stakes enterprise sales and is considered a launchpad into an Account Executive career. The SDR will partner closely with Marketing and an experienced Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to identify, engage, and break into high-value enterprise accounts. This position offers an apprenticeship in enterprise sales, focusing on prospecting with precision, strategy, and purpose. The ideal candidate is ambitious, competitive, sharp, and ready to invest in their sales career growth. The role is based on-site at the Brooklyn Navy Yard office with Remote Wednesdays.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, enterprise, or B2B sales; or an ambitious recent grad eager to break into enterprise sales.
  • Someone hungry to grow into an Account Executive role within 12–18 months.
  • A strategic thinker who can adapt outreach for complex buying committees — not just blast templates.
  • Highly competitive and resilient — loves the chase and hates to lose.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong business acumen — you know when to push and when to pause.

Responsibilities

  • Build thoughtful, personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person events that earn real conversations.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and the Enterprise AE on account research, org mapping, and entry strategies for target accounts.
  • Join early-stage sales calls with the CEO and Enterprise AE to learn enterprise discovery and start taking ownership of your own meetings over time.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Revivn’s value proposition and tailor it to different stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve your prospecting, messaging, and sales skills through feedback and coaching.
