Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Creative ForceBoston, MA
$84,200Remote

About The Position

As an SDR at Creative Force, you'll be one of the first people Enterprise prospects meet. Your job is to understand their business, start relevant conversations, and show how Creative Force can help improve their creative operations. You'll generate new opportunities through warm follow-up, cold outreach, phone calls, email, and account research. You'll manage a pipeline of Enterprise prospects, engage multiple stakeholders, qualify opportunities, and set up the right next steps with our Enterprise Account Executives. You'll also help us improve how we prospect. By sharing what you learn, testing new approaches, and identifying what works, you'll play an important role in refining our lead-generation playbook.

Requirements

  • A track record of generating new opportunities
  • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, sales representative, or in a similar business development role, with proven experience prospecting into Enterprise accounts.
  • Understand how to create opportunities within complex organizations, engage multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers, and navigate longer, more considered sales cycles.
  • Comfortable generating opportunities from both warm and cold prospects, and can demonstrate a track record of creating meaningful sales conversations and qualified opportunities with Enterprise customers.
  • Curious about how businesses work and enjoy learning how Enterprise organizations operate, where creative and operational workflows become inefficient, and what prevents teams from achieving their goals.
  • Can identify relevant business challenges, connect them to potential use cases, and explain clearly how a B2B SaaS solution could help.
  • Naturally curious about the prospect's business rather than focused only on delivering a sales pitch.
  • Understands that effective prospecting is not about sending the highest number of emails or making calls for the sake of it.
  • Researches target accounts, identifies relevant stakeholders, and tailors outreach to the prospect's business context.
  • Asks thoughtful questions, listens for genuine needs, and creates conversations that are valuable for both the prospect and the Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Knows that quality, relevance, and consistency matter as much as activity levels.
  • Persistent and resilient; will not take every unanswered email, declined call, or delayed decision personally.
  • Knows how to maintain momentum through longer Enterprise sales cycles, follow up professionally, learn from what is not working, and adjust approach without losing energy or focus.
  • Confident speaking with new people by phone and writing clear, thoughtful emails.
  • Can explain Creative Force's value proposition in a simple and compelling way, adapt communication style to different stakeholders, and build credibility with both day-to-day contacts and senior decision-makers.
  • Communicates professionally, listens carefully, and knows when to ask a question rather than continue with a scripted message.
  • Socially comfortable and enjoys building relationships face to face, not just over email or video calls.
  • Comfortable traveling for customer meetings, summits, team events, or other business activities.
  • Keeps activity organized, maintains accurate records in HubSpot, and follows up when they say they will.
  • Takes responsibility for the quality of their pipeline, not just the volume of activity within it.
  • Can manage competing priorities, qualify opportunities thoughtfully, recognize genuine Enterprise potential, and provide Enterprise Account Executives with the context they need for a successful handoff.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while remaining accountable for results.
  • Proactive prospecting, follow-up, and creating new opportunities are central to the job.
  • Enterprise experience is important. Background has been limited to transactional, high-volume SMB sales and has not yet prospected into complex organizations may not be the right fit.
  • Dislikes rejection, avoids difficult conversations, or prefers to work alone without feedback and collaboration may find the role challenging.
  • Looking for a highly predictable and structured role may not be the right fit.
