PDF is seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Manager based in North America to grow our global market by identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing business in the semiconductor industry.

Requirements

  • Proven record of developing, coordinating, and closing enterprise-level software and solution engagements with large corporations.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience conducting Strategic Sales campaigns in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Deep domain expertise in semiconductor operations, including wafer fabrication, test and assembly operations, and product and process yield management.
  • Ability to work self-directed as needed.
  • Ability to coordinate internal resources across multiple PDF departments and geographic locations.
  • Superlative communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets comprised of large, multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through planning and executing the Company’s business plans.
  • Direct account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the PDF Values: Integrity, Team, Customers, and Growth.
  • Forge strong ties with Executive decision makers at customers.
  • Develop and implement Strategic Sales plans to meet Bookings targets.
  • Manage all aspects of customer business activities, including Evangelizing, Prospecting, Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation, and ongoing Account Management.
  • Work collaboratively with the Global Sales teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across global networks of customer sites.
  • Maintain and enhance the PDF worldwide reputation as a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of competitors.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
