About The Position

CENTRL, Inc. seeks an Enterprise SaaS Implementation Manager for its Mountain View, CA office. This role is responsible for managing the execution of enterprise and technology implementation projects, ensuring they adhere to budget, schedule, and scope. The manager will develop implementation plans, including cost-benefit or ROI analyses, to propose customized automation and risk management solutions tailored to client requirements and goals. Key responsibilities include monitoring project milestones, assessing customer needs through direct communication and surveys, configuring and delivering industry-specific solutions, and deploying AI-driven enhancements. The role also involves configuring sandbox environments, resolving data anomalies, facilitating UAT, and orchestrating production transitions. Collaboration with the Product management team on the product roadmap and providing internal feedback based on client needs is crucial. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for data analysis, creating dashboards, and developing reports for valuable business insights.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Telecommunications and Network Engineering, or related.
  • 12 months of experience in an occupation related to Information Technology Project Management.
  • 12 months of experience in/with Enterprise-Level Architecture and Application Deployment.
  • 12 months of experience in/with SaaS (Software as a Service) Implementations.
  • 12 months of experience in/with Solutions Engineering.
  • 12 months of experience in/with Functional and System Requirements.
  • 12 months of experience in/with Proof of Concept.
  • 12 months of experience in/with Test Strategy for UA (User Acceptance).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of enterprise and technology implementation projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or ROI (Return on Investment) to propose customized automation and risk management solutions that align with client’s specific requirements and goals.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Assess current and future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods to provide guidance and recommendations on platform configurations that achieve client use case and business process needs.
  • Configure and deliver custom made industry specific solutions for new prospects and clients to ensure clients’ successful transition to the CENTRL platform.
  • Deploy, configure, test, and implement CENTRL's AI (Artificial Intelligence)-driven enhancements for clients.
  • Deploy scalable, reliable, and secure generative AI Applications with large language models to drive greater efficiency.
  • Configure sandbox environments, investigate, and resolve data anomalies, facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and orchestrate the transition to production that ensures a seamless user experience.
  • Work closely with the Product management team on understanding the product roadmap, improve the core functionalities, uses, applications of new product features, and provide input internally on roadmap planning based on client needs and vertical learnings.
  • Visualize and present data analysis, create dashboards and develop reports that provide customer/business with valuable insights.
