Requirements

Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in workplace safety and health with a focus on claims management
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

Executing timely and effective responses to workplace incidents
Delivering incident communications
Developing investigation procedures and leading incident investigations
Administering end-to-end workplace claims management
Coordinating modified duties and initiating Graduated Return to Work (GRTW) plans
