About The Position

The Director, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), leads and is accountable for CapMetro’s enterprise risk management function, establishing strategy, governance, and enterprise-wide integration of risk management best practices. The ERM team also serves as the primary champion of risk management at strategic levels and will be responsible for building a risk-aware culture that improves decision-making, enhances resilience and the ability to respond to uncertainty, strengthens governance and stakeholder confidence and optimizes operational efficiency.
