How you’ll make an impact: Conduct data analysis, research, and ad‑hoc assessments to support enterprise risk initiatives, including insurance solutions, business continuity, and resilience projects. Prepare presentations, dashboards, and analytical summaries to support leadership discussions and communicate risk insights across the organization. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and third‑party logistics to gather information, assess risks, and support continuity planning. Maintain organized risk documentation, support process improvements, and contribute to ERM frameworks that enhance ongoing risk governance. Deliver project‑based analytical work—including insurance program analysis, business continuity metrics, and 3rd Party Logistics resilience assessments—and present findings and recommendations to the ERM team.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited University for the entire duration of their internship
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Business, or Supply Chain Management
  • Must graduate December 2026 or later.
  • Must be in good scholastic standing (3.0+ GPA or equivalent)
  • Must be available to work 10-12 weeks full-time over the course of the summer.
  • Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and life sciences industry is a plus.
  • Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.

  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment.
  • Familiarity with dashboards, data visualization tools, or basic modeling concepts (e.g., Excel dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
  • Strong organizational and project‑management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple assignments, maintain documentation, and deliver high‑quality work in a structured manner.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to present findings clearly and collaborate across cross‑functional teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn about enterprise risk management, business continuity, and corporate insurance programs.
  • Leadership experience: volunteering, clubs, team sports, extracurricular activities, special projects, etc.
